Durgasapthasathi was given by lord brahma for the protection of devotees.just like Vedas durgasapthasathi is very old which describes the glory of Devi.It is greatest way to worship Devi.Saptha means 7 and sathi means 100.Totally there are 700 sholakas.
It is divided into three parts called as pratham madhyam and Utama chrita consisting of 13 chapters.Is the most powerful book or rather a technology to get shakti.
700 sholakas are locked with another important mantra. Unless this key mantra are recited one cannot get the benefit of reading the sapthashathi.
It is called as Uttakilan mantra.,and this has to be recited first for 108 times through lalchandan or rudraksha Mala.
